From the moment we agree to work together, our process has 4 stages:
Stage 0: Onboarding & Brand Questionnaire (45') — We set you up in a dedicated Slack channel and send over our Brand Questionnaire to establish all communication lines and gather everything we need upfront.
Stage 1: Precision Growth Audit (10–14 days) — A deep analysis of your ecommerce funnel including GA4 data analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, customer review mining, UX and messaging analysis, and a full funnel walkthrough. You receive a detailed growth report, a prioritized experimentation roadmap, and revenue projections tied to each opportunity.
Stage 2: 90-Day Optimization Sprint — Once the roadmap is approved, we manage the entire optimization process for 90 days including hypothesis development, experiment design, technical requirements, and performance analysis. Experiments focus on messaging, UX, pricing, bundling, and overall funnel structure.
Stage 3: Ongoing CRO Optimization (optional) — Many brands continue after the sprint to maintain a continuous experimentation program and compound growth over time.
